This Piano was build by a small manufacturer in Hannover, Germany about 1873. I bought this piano in Germany about 6 years ago and brought it with me in 2004. It was transported in a box that was basically build around the piano so that it could not be damaged at all. That professional company added materials into the box so that temperature and humidity changes would not harm the piano on it s way over the ocean. The piano has been fully restored by a company that is specialized in it ( www.meyne-klaviertechnik.de/ ) in Braunschweig Germany. The body, interior, wood, all mechanical parts - basically everything has been restored by professional mechanics in a lengthy process. The plaque on it - Fortschritsmedaille - was given to the manufacturer around the world exhibition in 1873. It has been painted in piano black, very shiny and in absolut perfect shape, no scratches at all.I want to sell the piano because my next assignment may be in a country I would not like to take the piano with me.It plays very well and has an awesome sound. It may has to be tuned again.You can use it as a piano or just as a piece of very nice furniture that increases the value in the future. The bench comes with itIt has to be picked up and I do not provide transportation.

This one of the kind Steinway A Grand Piano with Marquette inlays was build in 1893. Serial # 76037. Piano was totally restored by Grandmasters Pianos and has new sound board and pin block. Hand rubbed satin finish. All hardware was polished and sealed. Piano action was rebuild with new Reener parts and has original polished ivory key tops. Action was regulated by Grandmasters technicians to factory specs. Piano comes with matching bench with inlays as well. 5 years warranty on parts and labor.
